ORDER INFORMATION

Besides using our shopping cart function, alternatively you can order from lollietots over the telephone, please call me on +6012-311 1385 (11am-8pm Monday to Saturday) or email lollietots@gmail.com with the details of the items you would like to order.

Most orders are sent within 48 hours of email confirmation, but please allow up to 4 working days within Malaysia delivery and up to 10 working days for international delivery. If items are out of stock, dispatch will be slightly delayed so please allow up to 28 days. All items are subject to availability.

PAYMENT METHOD

There are two ways you can make payment to us. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

(1) You can conveniently pay online with our secured payment gateway using Visa or Mastercard.

(2) Bank transfer.

After bank-in/ payment made, please email us at lollietots@gmail.com or fax to 03-6141 2848 with the following details:

1. Order ID
2. Your name and contact number
3. Copy of your payment slip or the following details:
    a. Indicate mode of payment : Cash or Crossed Cheque at ATM / maybank2u (Internet online banking)
    b. Date and time of bank in
    c. Cheque number if payment by cheque

Please note that we will only process the order after the cheque is cleared or cash is deposited or payment is cleared.
